At VIV Life Lounge, we reserve dedicated time for each client appointment and strive to provide exceptional medical wellness and aesthetic services. Please review the following policies before scheduling your appointment.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
- We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule their appointment.
- Repeated cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduled appointments may require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical, wellness, and aesthetic services, refunds are generally not available for services that have already been rendered.
Treatment results vary from person to person, and no specific medical, cosmetic, or aesthetic outcome can be guaranteed.
Refunds are not provided based on:
- Dissatisfaction with treatment results
- Individual variation in outcomes
- Failure to follow recommended treatment or aftercare instructions
- Changes in personal preference after treatment has been performed
Packages, Memberships & Promotional Offers
Packages, memberships, prepaid treatments, and promotional offers may be subject to separate terms and conditions. Any signed agreement associated with a package, membership, or promotional purchase will govern the applicable refund and cancellation terms.
If a refund is approved for a package or prepaid treatment series after one or more services have been redeemed, the value of services already rendered will be deducted at VIV Life Lounge’s then-current retail pricing rather than the discounted package rate. Any approved refund will be limited to the remaining balance after such deductions.
Promotional pricing is offered in exchange for committing to a series of treatments and may not apply if the treatment series is discontinued prior to completion.
Products
Unopened retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. Opened, used, or damaged products are not eligible for return.
Financing
Clients utilizing third-party financing providers, including Cherry, remain responsible for all financing obligations pursuant to their financing agreement.
Medical Eligibility
All services are subject to provider approval. VIV Life Lounge reserves the right to postpone, modify, or decline treatment if medical contraindications, undisclosed medical conditions, medications, or other safety concerns are identified.
